Click on your account image/name, top right above, and explore the calendar and join/view groups.
Profile & Account
In your Profile, you can customise your profile with your name, and any profile images you would like to include. You will also be able to see the groups and forums you are part of, as well as any invitations for groups too.
In your Account, you will be able reset any passwords, set email preferences and select which profile details you are comfortable with having public.
Here you will be able to see all of the available Groups you can join, as well as those you are already a part of. Groups can be found in the Navigation or at the bottom of this page.
When you join Space Plans, you will be automatically added to our Mindful Mornings Group. Be sure to come and say hello as you explore the community!

Mindful Mornings are a series of daily sessions designed to ensure we find the positives every day.
The main goal is to find a space each morning to reflect on goals we set ourselves. A space to plan and ensure we stay on track with our journey and make sure our mind stays connected to our body.
