Our first pair of courses available at Space Plans are the traditional circus act of juggling. Juggling may not seem like an easy circus trick to learn, but the great thing about joining Space Plans is that you can learn at your own pace. Our online circus courses are easily adaptable to your comfort levels.
Juggling is a fun and beneficial circus skill to learn too. What are the benefits of juggling? Participating can build on your hand-eye coordination and improve your reflexes, spatial awareness, concentration, coordination and strategic thinking. Hula hooping is an ideal easy circus trick for beginners. Due to its adaptability to a broad range of skill sets, you can enjoy the basics of hula hooping. This involves using your body to spin the hoop around your waist consistently. Once you are confident in your ability to upkeep this motion, you can begin to incorporate tricks and dances.
By doing so, it becomes more demanding on your mental and physical abilities. Ranging from strengthening your core strength and improving your circulation to resilience and, in a long term sense, your posture.
