Mindful Mornings | 9am | 20 Minutes

Mindful Morning sessions run every week day morning at 9am. Each week has a theme and you can join in at any point on the journey. Bring along some juggling balls, or three things to throw and catch. You can join in the zoom session or you can join in live on social media.
